SHIPPING POLICY

We currently offer FREE shipping within the UAE on orders above AED 300.

A shipping fee of AED 15 applies to all orders below AED 300 using our standard 1-3 day courier service.

A shipping fee of AED 30 applies to all sameday orders.

*Sameday orders are currently only available within Dubai and on orders placed before 3pm.

Please allow extra days for your delivery if ordering on a Friday, Ramadan, public holiday or high season time of year.

We can and do offer a global shipping service. Rates will vary based upon your location and the size of your order.

Please allow up to 10 working days for GCC and International orders.

International orders of more than 30kgs will require a special shipping arrangement and will be quoted for by email in accordance with the rates from our provider.

We appreciate that you may at times want to see items before you buy them – you are very welcome to visit our warehouse in this instance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have every confidence that you will love your Harri & Eve products.

If for any reason you would like to make a return or exchange we are happy accept them within 7 days providing the products remain unused and are in their original packaging.

There are some exceptions to the general returns rule as below:

Totter + Tumble Playmats

If the playmat package is opened we are unable to extend a refund or exchange.

Please use our Swatch Service or Online Playmat Picker to try the Playmats before you purchase.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on any sale or discounted purchases or playmats. Sale purchases are final.

There is a charge of AED 25 if Eco Souk arrange a courier collection of a returned item from Dubai and AED 30 from all other Emirates.

You may return any unused items directly to our warehouse free of charge.

Returned items from outside of the UAE must be arranged by the customer.

Any items for return need to be approved and confirmed before a refund is processed.

Used items that are not returned in their original condition and packaging may be refused a refund.

Refunds may take up to 14 working days to process. Shipping fees are non refundable.
